This contract will take place in Paris, in our global headquarter. 

The MANAGER- AI Solutions will spearhead the design, testing, and scaling of AI-powered marketing solutions that accelerate Danone’s Digital Engine. This role ensures that AI is not just piloted in pockets, but embedded across platforms, personalization, influence, and commerce, transforming how brands connect with consumers and how marketing teams operate.

 

Your main responsibilities will focus on:

  • Define and evolve the Future AI Solutions roadmap, aligned with Danone’s marketing strategy and AI vision.

  • Partner with IT, Data & Analytics, and Martech teams to ensure every AI solution integrates with Danone’s core systems, enabling scale, security, and compliance.

  • Incubate new solutions through partnerships with the Digital Lab Singapore, startups, and AI providers.

  • Collaborate with ICP (Integrated Brand Communication), Platforms & Services, Content Factory, and Media/Search to embed AI into existing processes and workflows.

  • Map marketing workflows to identify AI-driven productivity opportunities across the organization.

  • Drive change management programs to help marketers adopt AI-driven ways of working.

  • Build awareness and advocacy for AI through case studies, training, and success stories.

  • Act as a thought leader on emerging AI trends and opportunities, ensuring Danone stays ahead of competitors.

Key deliverables

  • Pilot & Scale: Lead pilots in collaboration with CBUs (country business units) and scale successful models globally and locally.

  • Change Management: Lead adoption across global and local marketing teams, ensuring mindset and process change to embrace AI-powered ways of working.

  • Productivity Mapping: Conduct a systematic mapping of marketing tasks to identify areas where AI can simplify, automate, or augment — extending beyond IBC to the broader marketing organization.

  • Data & IT Integration: Ensure all AI solutions are securely and seamlessly connected to Danone’s data systems and martech infrastructure, in close collaboration with IT and Data teams.

  • Governance & Responsibility: Collaborate with AI governance bodies to ensure ethical, compliant, and transparent application of AI.

About you

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Digital Business, or related field.
  • You have over 12 years of experience in marketing, AI, or digital transformation roles, ideally with exposure to both client and agency environments.
  • Strong technical fluency to connect AI solutions into data, IT, and martech infrastructures.
  • Experience leading change management programs in large, complex organizations.
  • Ability to map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design AI solutions that unlock productivity.
  • Understanding of AI ethics, governance, and responsible marketing practices.
