As a SIA Manager – High Protein Dairy, you’ll be at the forefront of one of the most dynamic dairy categories. You’ll influence the mid- to long-term strategy of high-protein dairy brands like YoPRO and collaborate with global marketing teams to drive brand building and activation initiatives that matter.

In this role, you’ll shape consumer-centric strategies, uncover market opportunities, and guide key business decisions with data-driven insights — helping us lead the development of the high-protein space globally. As Strategic Insights & Analytics Manager – High Protein Dairy, your mission is to embed consumer centricity at the heart of business decisions, partnering closely with the Global Senior SIA Lead – High Protein Dairy to shape the future of Danone’s global protein portfolio. The position is based in Paris (17 boulevard Haussmann 75009 Paris, to move to La Fayette from September onwards). Your main missions will be : 

  • Inspire and influence global brand strategies through deep consumer understanding. You will play a key role in planning, developing, implementing and leading research and analytics, integrating data from multiple sources to deliver clear, compelling recommendations that influence senior stakeholders
  • Identify growth opportunities in the high-protein dairy segment
  • Guide business decisions with actionable insights and analytics and through deep consumer and market insights, from innovation to communication and portfolio optimization. 
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to fuel innovation and performance:
    • providing overall guidance for and engaging with local SIA, Marketing teams when relevant
    • playing a key role in partnering cross-functionally with analytics & performance, marketing, category, sales, and R&I teams to co-create growth strategies rooted in actionable insights. 
  • Actively support the development of the high-protein space, a key growth pillar for Danone
  • Elevate our global protein strategy by uncovering the benefits of protein-rich yogurts and desserts, identifying winning segments, and exploring future demand spaces

About you

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

  • You have at least 7 years of experience across agencies and FMCG companies
  • You bring a proven track record of turning insights into strategic business actions
  • You’re fluent in both qualitative and quantitative research, skilled at crafting compelling stories from data
  • You are passionate about innovative methodologies, including social listening and AI tools.
  • With a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, you challenge the status quo, connect the dots across trends and data, and inspire global teams to act.
  • You’re a natural facilitator, a critical thinker, and a persuasive communicator — ready to co-create the future of the high-protein dairy space.
