• Strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical skills with solid business acumen.
• Proactive, hands‑on finance professional with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, multi‑country environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into clear business recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 7–9 years’ experience in FP&A, controlling, or finance roles, preferably within a multinational or regional environment.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
