At Danone, we’re on a mission to bring health through food to as many people as possible. As Head of Sales Finland, you will drive sustainable and profitable growth across a strong portfolio of market-leading brands across customers and channels, including Alpro, Actimel, Danonino and Aquador.
You will own the full sales agenda and P&L for Finland, lead a high-performing team, and build strong strategic partnerships with key customers to unlock further growth. As part of the Nordics & Baltics Health & Nutrition Leadership Team, you will also contribute to the broader commercial direction of the region.


This is a full-time position, and we aim to hire as soon as possible. You will work in a hybrid setup and be based in our office in Helsinki. 

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define and lead the Finland sales strategy, with full P&L accountability
  • Drive joint business planning and top-to-top customer partnerships
  • Lead negotiations, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong execution across markets

About you

  • Strong commercial background within FMCG (e.g. KAM, Category Managment, Sales leadership)
  • You thrive as a leader, building and developing teams with a strong focus on performance and engagement
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution
  • Strong customer collaboration and negotiation skills
  • You are accountable and decisive, with a strong drive to deliver results and take ownership
  • You bring an agile mindset, using data and insights to continuously improve and challenge the status quo
  • Fluent in English (Finnish is a strong advantage)
