As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team (HR Manager and HR Advisor) within the HR Nutricial Medical Devices (NMD) team through various HR projects and HR cycle (for example Talent Review process), data analysis with our HR dashboard, and much more.

 

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Provide day-to-day support to employees, ensuring a positive experience and timely assistance.
  • Learn and contribute to different parts of the HR cycle, including development conversations, salary reviews, and bonus processes.
  • Assist with upcoming projects and ad-hoc activities in collaboration with various HR team members.
  • Support engagement initiatives that foster a strong and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Help implement and continuously improve onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Collaborate on projects aligned with your interests and strengths to drive impact and personal growth.

This internship has an international focus and is based in our Zoetermeer Factory. Furthermore, you will be supervised and guided by Liza Overgaauw (HR Manager NMD.BV), but with close support from the HR Advisor.

About you

As an HR intern, being passionate about people will be second nature to you. You are action orientated and a self-starter. On top of that? You are a curious person, who’s not afraid of challenges and looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

 

Key requirements:

  • Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
  • Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
  • For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
  • Available to start in February or March 2026 for a minimum of 6 months, 3-5 days per week.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is considered a plus.
  • Able to work from our Zoetermeer office at least 2-3 days per week.
