Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Organization Development Manager" position.
As an Organization Development Manager ,you will be an individual contributor in this role and reporting to the Head of OD&Reward&HR Analytics. You will be responsible for designing and delivering a healthy organization, partnering with Business and other HR teams to translate internal and external challenges into new organizational structures, operating models and processes.

In this role you will;
Review Danone’s current operating model to identify improvement areas aligned with the overall business strategy.
Evaluate organizational effectiveness and uncover efficiency opportunities through as-is reviews, role and governance model proposals, and right-sizing recommendations based on future needs.
Analyze and assess organizational change and workforce requests from business units in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Co-lead capability development initiatives with business leaders, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and organizational requirements.
Participate in transformational projects related to workforce management and organizational change.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and ensure organizational effectiveness.
Design the organization’s strategy and roadmap, leveraging best practices and external benchmarks to support Danone Turkey’s overall strategy.
Monitor and apply organizational development trends and benchmarks to continuously improve operating models and workforce strategies.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including management consulting and/or organizational development.
Proven experience in process and organizational analysis within large multinational environments.
Excellent business acumen with strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
High agility and the ability to navigate and manage complexity.
Collaborative mindset and positive team-oriented attitude.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
