• You are a proactive and customer-oriented professional.
• You have a strong understanding of the end-to-end P2P process.
• You possess a background in finance or accounting with at least 5 years of experience.
• You excel in communication and problem-solving.
• You have previous experience with ticketing tools and support roles.
• Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.
• You are fluent in English and German ( min B2)
• Experience working in the DACH market is a plus.
• You are ready to tailor support to meet diverse needs
