Be part of our production team at Prambanan Factory, where you’ll operate packing machines to ensure products are safely and efficiently packed. This role is perfect for those with technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality and safety.
🎯 What you’ll do:
- Operate Cartoner and Case Packer machines
- Monitor safety and quality standards (HACCP, CCP)
- Support continuous improvement and cleanliness (5R)
About you
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering, Food Tech, or Pharmacy with 1+ years experience
- Experience in production or packing operations
- Knowledge of HACCP, CCP, OPRP standards
- Familiar with Kaizen, Lean, and problem-solving tools
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
