About the job

We are looking for a Product Analyst – Marketing Insights & Digital Analytics to support the evolution of digital analytics and consumer insights capabilities across marketing, eCommerce, and digital channels. In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners, Data & Analytics teams, Marketing stakeholders, and technology partners to help deliver actionable insights, maintain product performance visibility, and support data-driven decision-making.

This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about digital analytics, consumer behavior, reporting, and translating business needs into analytical solutions.

About you

Product & Analytics Support

  • Support the Product Owner in managing product backlogs, requirements, and prioritization activities.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to digital analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
  • Assist in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing scenarios for analytics-related enhancements.
  • Monitor product performance and support the validation of new releases and feature deployments.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze digital consumer behavior and marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Support KPI tracking, dashboard maintenance, and reporting activities.
  • Translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
  • Assist stakeholders in understanding key performance indicators and measurement frameworks.

Measurement & Data Quality

  • Help maintain tracking, tagging, and measurement governance processes.
  • Support monitoring of data quality, tracking accuracy, and reporting consistency.
  • Participate in issue investigation and root cause analysis for data discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure reliable data collection and analytics processes.

Dashboarding & Reporting

  • Create and enhance dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Support standardization of metrics, business rules, and reporting definitions.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to business stakeholders.
  • Help improve reporting efficiency and data visualization practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, Media, Consumer Insights, Data, and IT teams to understand business needs.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
  • Support workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and user adoption initiatives.
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve analytics capabilities, data visibility, and reporting processes.
  • Support experimentation, pilot initiatives, and performance reviews.
  • Promote best practices for analytics, measurement, and product governance.
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of digital insight capabilities.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in Digital Analytics, Business Analytics, Product Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related role.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Exposure to digital products, analytics platforms, or marketing technology environments is a must.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar web analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital measurement concepts such as events, conversions, funnels, and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or similar tagging solutions.
  • Experience creating dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and data visualization techniques.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools is a plus.

Business Knowledge

  • Understanding of digital marketing performance measurement and website analytics.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO metrics and digital channel performance.
  • Interest in consumer journey analysis, eCommerce analytics, and customer behavior.
  • Awareness of privacy, consent, and data governance principles.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent English required.
  • Spanish highly preferred.
  • Portuguese is a plus.
