Lead the logistics transformation that drives business growth, ensures product availability, and creates impact across the entire supply chain.As a Regional Logistics Waters Manager, you will be responsible for designing, evolving, and leading the regional logistics strategy, ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable operations that deliver the highest service levels at the lowest possible cost. Your work will have a direct impact on the organization's ability to grow profitably and meet the evolving needs of our customers.This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. About you

We are looking for a logistics and Supply Chain professional who can lead complex operations, drive transformation, and deliver results through disciplined execution and strategic thinking.You stand out for your ability to combine analytical thinking with a strong action-oriented mindset. You enjoy solving challenges, making data-driven decisions, and leading diverse teams toward shared goals while maintaining high standards of safety, service, and operational excellence.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, with strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory management, capacity planning, and network optimization.
  • Strong understanding of logistics management tools and processes, including SAP, WMS, budgeting, and financial project evaluation.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, develop talent, and influence stakeholders across different areas to drive results.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for identifying productivity opportunities, simplifying processes, and leading transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted and collaborative relationships.
  • High adaptability, resilience, and Growth Agility. You thrive in dynamic environments, learn quickly from new experiences, embrace change, and continuously seek opportunities to grow both professionally and personally.
