About the job

Are you a curious student looking for an engaging internship in Supply Chain? Do you want to start your career in a multinational company and learn about end -to-end supply chain, while discovering the role of a Customer Experience and Planning Intern? Then apply now for this Supply Chain internship and join us in Zoetermeer, the Netherlands starting in February 2026 !

Join us as a Customer Experience & Planning Intern in our Global Supply Chain SNU team! You’ll help monitor and prevent customer complaints, manage stock planning and replenishment for several countries, and contribute to key processes that keep our global operations running smoothly.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • The role involves consolidating customer complaints originating from deployment activities across four industry platforms. Each case will be thoroughly analyzed to determine the root cause, followed by the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Outcomes will be communicated back to customers to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
  • You’ll actively contribute to customer deployment planning, working closely with fellow planners to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
  • You will actively plan and manage one or a few countries within the scope, TTS management, and the scrapping process.
  • You’ll take ownership of consolidating and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) like MTO and open orders, providing valuable insights that drive weekly reviews with Sales Units and help shape strategic decisions.
  • You’ll lead with your direct colleague the creation of an innovative Power BI dashboard, transforming raw company data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and enhance daily operations. Your work will empower stakeholders across the organization and deliver measurable impact.
