About the job

Are you passionate about sustainability, curious about data, and motivated to make a real impact? Do you enjoy turning complex topics into clear insights and working across markets in an international environment? Then this role could be for you!

 

Join our North Europe Sustainability team to support both strategic initiatives and hands-on local execution across carbon, packaging, and stakeholder engagement. This is a dynamic, early-career role with strong development opportunities in a growing and evolving team.

 

Please note: we will conduct CV screenings over the summer, with interviews taking place in August and a planned start date in September.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Support sustainability data collection, validation, and reporting to meet regulatory and customer requirements
  • Contribute to carbon forecasting and performance analysis, and support projects driving CO2e reduction
  • Monitor packaging-related regulatory developments (e.g. EPR) and translate them into actionable insights
  • Support responses to customer sustainability requests and public procurement inputs
  • Contribute to internal sustainability engagement, communication, and volunteering initiatives
  • Support and coordinate local sustainability projects across markets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across countries in a cross-functional environment

About you

  • Relevant degree in sustainability, environmental science, ESG, business, public policy, or similar
  • Early-career profile with experience (internships, studies, volunteering) in sustainability or related fields
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a predominantly virtual environment, with managers and team members located across different countries.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English and at least one Nordic or Baltic language
  • Genuine passion for sustainability and awareness of key sustainability topics
  • Experience or interest in FMCG, food, pharma, or international environments is a plus
