About the job
- Lead Zero Defect and consumer complaint reduction initiatives
- Analyze quality data, consumer complaints, and process performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Drive root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions
- Improve powder quality, product performance, and reconstitution characteristics
- Optimize manufacturing processes, process capability, and quality control systems
- Lead cross-functional projects involving Quality, Manufacturing, R&I, and Engineering teams
- Develop and harmonize testing methodologies, standards, and monitoring systems
- Build quality capabilities and promote a proactive continuous improvement culture
About you
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Engineering, Dairy Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related field
- Professional experience in quality, manufacturing, or process engineering, preferably in the food or powder manufacturing industry
- Proven ability to lead improvement projects and solve complex technical challenges
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and German
