  • Act as financial business partner to Topline and cross‑functional teams, enabling aligned, data‑driven decision‑making
  • Provide early performance insights through robust analyses to proactively steer the business
  • Drive continuous improvement of controlling tools, reports, and planning systems and support and initiate finance transformation
  • Ensure timely and accurate month‑end closings for the Dairy Category, including variance and trend analysis
  • Own and support the monthly forecasting process, delivering reliable forecasts with risks & opportunities, scenarios, and clear recommendations

A propos de vous

  • Successfully completed Master’s in Business Administration with focus on finance, controlling or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in controlling, finance and business partnering, ideally in FMCG
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP desirable
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to translate numbers into clear business insights
  • Learning‑oriented, flexible, and resilient, with an agile mindset and affinity for process improvement and optimization
  • Highly self‑motivated with an independent working style and strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English



This position is vacant from the 1st of July 2026 and is located in our german based offices. The position is limited for 18 months.
