• Strong technical knowledge of maintenance practices, procedures, and techniques.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial technology.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or a related field.
