Six areas where Danone invests in its people,
all backed by named global programmes with real commitments behind them.
Dan'Care provides health coverage to 98% of Danone employees worldwide. That is not a target. It is already the reality. Coverage includes access to health assessments, medical support and, in many markets, private healthcare options.
Danone also signed the Working with Cancer Pledge, committing to genuine, structured reintegration support for any employee facing a cancer diagnosis — including adjustments to workload, working arrangements and return-to-work planning.
Be Well by Dan'Care is a global wellbeing programme focused on three dimensions: nutrition, mental health and physical wellbeing. It launched as the fourth pillar of Dan'Care in 2023, recognising that employee health goes well beyond medical cover.
In many markets this translates into access to mental health support, gym schemes, nutrition resources and programmes designed to build long-term healthy habits, not just reactive care when something goes wrong.
Flexible working is available in 76% of Danone markets globally. For many corporate roles, this means hybrid working, a mix of office and home that supports both collaboration and personal balance. Some locations offer the option to work remotely from abroad for up to 30 working days a year.
Flexibility is not a perk offered reluctantly. It is built into how Danone thinks about the working relationship, because the best work happens when people have the space to do it well.
Dan'Life is Danone's programme for the moments when life gets complicated. Parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers. Support through caregiver transitions. Help navigating serious health challenges. Time and flexibility during major personal changes.
The design principle behind Dan'Life is straightforward: what happens outside of work affects your performance and your career. Danone does not pretend otherwise, and it does not leave you to manage alone.
Every Danone employee, regardless of level or location, has 100% access to future-skills training through DanSkills. The programme covers digital skills, AI literacy, sustainability, science and leadership. Danone has committed €100 million to learning and development between 2025 and 2030.
In 2025, Danoners completed more than one million training hours. Growth at Danone is not left to chance or individual initiative. It is a structured, funded business priority.
Danone holds a Living Wage certification from the Fair Wage Network, reflecting its commitment to fair pay across its global workforce. The company is actively working to close the gender pay gap and reports on pay equity publicly through the Danone Impact Journey.
Beyond base pay, many markets offer financial wellbeing benefits: pension contribution matching, employee share plans, product discounts, retail savings programmes and financial support tools. Your recruiter can provide details for your location
