Role Purpose

 

Responsible for building strong customer growth plans & recommendations that enable mutual benefit delivered for Danone and retail partner and driving our category vision with key strategic partners to support Danone outperformance

 

Role Focus

 

Priority Customer Management

  • Co-building a category strategy with priority customer to ensure their sustainable growth, based onDanone Category Vision and retailer strategy
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders in priority customers to influence the Category strategybased on key insights & put an action plan in place to deliver
  • Working in advance with retailers to run range review processes across all their formats, from theobjectives set up, implementation, to the performance review
  • Growing distribution and share of shelf for Danone to the benefit of the retailer's category
  • Analysing the results of range reviews (e.g. distribution changes, share of space, etc.) and the impact in thecategory (growth/decline by segment, brand performance, customer dynamics, etc.)

Category & wider Customer management (AGILE)

  • Preparing and presenting category insight & recommendations
  • Leading Category Education projects internally in collaboration with the right departments & externallywith priority customer stakeholders
  • Supporting Senior Category Manager with projects aligned to our Category Vision and in reaching totalobjectives across all channels 
  • Working on category projects across multiple customers

Team Engagement & Development

  • Supporting the junior members of the team through delivery management i.e., setting inspiring plans foractivities and desired outcomes, engages the team on the ‘why’ of each project and coaching on the day-to-day challenge

Please note that the salary on offer for this position is between £52,000 - £60,000 + bonus & benefits
