Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Senior Trade Marketing Manager" position.
As a Senior Trade Marketing Manager, you will report to the Head of Shopper Excellence & Sales Transformation and lead a team of 3 direct reports. You will be responsible for driving the development and execution of trade marketing initiatives across channels. This role will play a critical part in enhancing product visibility, strengthening relationships with retailers and distributors, and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall commercial strategy.

In this role you will;
*Design and execute strategic trade marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
*Identify the most effective channels and tactics to promote products within sales channels.
*Create and implement promotional strategies and campaigns to maximize product visibility and accelerate sales growth.
*Plan and manage trade promotions, incentives, and discounts in alignment with the Commercial Strategy team.
*Build and maintain strong partnerships with key retailers and distributors.
*Ensure effective execution of trade marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence.
*Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of trade marketing campaigns.
*Ensure timely, on-budget delivery of campaigns with measurable impact on sales and brand KPIs.
*Develop robust plans for traditional trade KPIs, ensuring excellence in execution.
*Analyze market and campaign data to generate actionable insights.
*Track, measure, and report performance of trade marketing activities to senior management and stakeholders.
*Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve future activations.
*Drive innovation in trade marketing by ensuring strong KPIs across all relevant channels.
*Support new product development (NPD) launches in field, ensuring customer needs are met.
*Monitor promotion and POS effectiveness, providing corrective measures when needed.
*Develop and manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
*Track ROI for all trade marketing activities.
*Collaborate with sales, marketing, procurement, and suppliers to develop impactful in-store visibility strategies.
*Partner with functional teams to design tailored recommendations per channel.
*Ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of promotional activities.
*Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of trade marketing professionals.
*Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
*Set clear goals, provide ongoing coaching, and drive team performance.
*Ensure trade marketing activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
*Champion best practices to ensure a consistent and high-quality brand experience across channels.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Trade Marketing or Sales within the FMCG industry
Proven people management expertise and strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire, engage, and influence teams
Advanced analytical skills with solid knowledge of data management and interpretation
Strong communication abilities, with persistence in driving and following up on projects across internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance)
Highly result-oriented, proactive, and initiative-driven professional
Strong capability to build and manage effective relationships with the sales team
Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong presentation skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English
