In this high-profile position, you will:

 

  • Lead and Inspire: Set the vision and strategy for Quality & Food Safety, championing a culture of “Safety First, Quality Always” across our Specialised Nutrition and Dairy categories.
  • Drive Transformation: Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver ambitious business objectives, launch new products, and expand into new markets.
  • Be a Trusted Partner: Represent Danone with regulatory authorities, key customers, and external partners throughout the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring our standards are recognized as best-in-class.
  • Foster a High-Performance Team: Build, mentor, and empower a diverse team of quality professionals, nurturing talent and driving continuous improvement.
  • Shape the Future: Play a critical role in business growth projects, strategic initiatives, and crisis management, ensuring Danone remains a leader in food safety and quality.

About you

To be successful, you will also have:

  • Qualification in Food Science/Chemistry/Microbiology/Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 15 years’ experience in food/nutrition/dairy, or pharmaceuticals, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in quality operations, regulatory compliance, and food safety management systems.
  • A track record of leading high-performing teams and developing talent in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing at all levels.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and internationally, with a collaborative and agile approach.
  • A passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering on commitments.
