YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE: 

In the context of building knowledge on alternative proteins design, we are recruiting an apprentice to work on nutritional, technological and scientific aspects of designing alternative protein engines. 

This apprenticeship will take place in Gif sur Yvette, at our Danone Global Research & Innovation Center starting from September 2026Saliha BELAIDPlant protein design senior team leader will  guide your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role: 

  • Proteins engines definition based on nutritional and technological targets. 
  • Data management and statistical skills for automation objectives 
  • Shelf life behavior of high protein products modelisation

About you

For this position, we are looking for someone: 

 

  • Available from September 2026 for a duration of 1 year
  • At the level of Bac+4/5 in university or engineering school wth a specialization in food physics or agri-food
  • Who has strong knowledge in Biochemical and physicochemical analytical methods (particle size, rheology, HPLC, zeta potential, etc.). 
  • With good communication and writing skills with a synthetic spirit
  • Background in nutrition. Protein nutritional aspects is a plus.  
  •  Able to understand the needs and constraints of requesters  
  • Data management and statistical tools have no secret for you
