YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE: 

This apprenticeship will take place in Paris,  at our Rueil Malmaison headquarters starting from September 1st . Gian Maria, in the team Danone Communities will  guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role: 

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our Danone Communities team for a one-year contract. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fields of social business, impact investing, and sustainable development while working with a passionate and dynamic team. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of social business projects within Danone Communities.  (Including but not limited to due diligence, impact measurement methodologies, technical assistance organization, internal stakeholder management and engagement). 

• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on social enterprises, market trends, and impact metrics. Analyze data to support decision-making processes. 

• Explore (scope) new potential segments of investment in nutrition for Danone Communities (I.e. healthy ageing , reimboursed models , others ..)  

• Participation in deep dive calls with entrepreneurs to assess investment . Assist with meeting preparation, recap of key messages , summary of learnings , etc.   

• Conduct outreach to other impact funds and foundations to explore synergies, collaboration opportunities, and investment portfolios/pipelines. Organize meetings and follow ups to build ongoing relationships.  

• Communication: Help create and disseminate communication materials, including reports, newsletters, and social media content.  

• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing documents, and assisting with various office tasks.

For this position, we are looking for someone: 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Sustainable Development, or a related field. 

• Strong interest in social business, impact investing, and sustainable development.  

• Excellent research and analytical skills. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is strongly encouraged. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
