We are seeking our next Global Content Apprentice to join the Global End‑to‑End Content & AI Transformation Team, within the Global Integrated Brand Communications organisation at Danone. 

You will be guided by Stephen, Global Head of Production, (your manager) who will support your growth and help you develop your skills throughout the apprenticeship. 

What This Team Does (and What You’ll Do) 

This is not a content creation role. 
Instead, you will help shape and support the global systems that enable Danone’s markets and agencies to create world‑class content efficiently and consistently. 

Specifically, you will: 

• Support the Global End‑to‑End Content team in building, maintaining and optimising content production processes, workflows, governance and operating frameworks. 

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (media and creative agencies) to help ensure smooth production processes, efficient ways of working, and alignment across markets. 

• Work across a portfolio of global brands — including Dairy (Activia, Actimel, YoPRO/HiPRO, Danone, Danonino), Water (Evian, Volvic), Plant-Based and Specialised Nutrition — gaining a true understanding of global marketing ecosystems. 

• Support local market brand teams by providing guidance on processes for content production, toolkits, and activations. 

Your Key Responsibilities 

You will actively contribute to: 

• Implementing and embedding Danone’s global content production frameworks, helping ensure consistency and operational excellence across teams and markets. 

• Monitoring workflow progress and supporting collaboration between countries, agencies, and the global content team. 

• Managing internal requests related to content operations, processes, and ways of working. 

• Participating in pilot projects that explore new tools, new partners and AI‑enabled opportunities, with the goal of continuously improving our global content operating model.

For this postion we are looking for someone :

• Available from Sept for a duration of 1 year 

• You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business or communication school 

• Language : Do you speak English ? We need someone who is fluent! A second language is nice to have! 

• Softwares : Powerpoint, Office Softwares, AI Tool is an important plus.
