As our new Area  Sales Manager, you will independently manage Danone’s sales performance within the Helsinki capital area, working closely with store managers, key decision‑makers and the wider Finnish sales team. The role is field‑based and involves regular travel within the capital area, which is why a valid Category B driving licence is required.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive sales performance in Helsinki capital area territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Deliver on jointly defined sales targets using a data‑driven approach
• Drive regional sales development and sustainable growth

To succeed in the role as Area Sales Manager you’re a driven and self‑motivated sales professional who enjoys working independently and building long‑term customer relationships. You communicate with confidence, adapt quickly, and take ownership of results.

You bring experience from FMCG, retail, or a similar field and are comfortable using digital tools and data to work efficiently. You communicate clearly in Finnish and English and enjoy a field‑based role with regular customer visits.

For a sustainable work-life balance, you are based in or near the Helsinki capital area and are comfortable driving regularly as part of your work.
