Artwork Trainee

(Part-time, Location: Budapest, Hungary)

  • Are you an active full-time student at a Hungarian university with at least 1 full year of active status ahead?

  • Do you speak fluent Hungarian and English?

YOUR responsibilities as an Artwork Trainee (but not limited to):

As an Artwork Trainee, you will support the Marketing team and related stakeholders in the end-to-end management of packaging artworks:

  • Coordinate the full artwork lifecycle from planning through final approval and print readiness.
  • Manage and maintain artwork-related information within internal systems.
  • Support marketing briefing processes and ensure accurate handover to design and print management agencies.
  • Work with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain.
  • Liaise with external partners such as design agencies and print management agencies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure artworks comply with brand guidelines, regulatory and legal requirements, country-specific rules, and local language accuracy.
  • Support print management processes by following approved rate cards, service level agreements, and procurement and payment rules.
  • Maintain high data accuracy for packaging data, codes, texts, and packshots delivered to external partners and printers.
  • Support timeline planning for product launches and contribute to continuous improvement of artwork and print management processes.

About you

We are looking for an Artwork Trainee with the following profile:

  • Ongoing university studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Active student status for at least 1 more year in Hungary.
  • Availability to work 30-40 hours per week
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured way.
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident user-level skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Languages: fluent Hungarian and English, spoken and written.
