We currently have opportunities for an Asset Officer working for the Kettering Maintenance/Engineering department.

As an Asset Officer you will be working from our manufacturing plant in Kettering, where plant-based alternatives to milk are made 

The Asset Officer holds the responsibility to manage all site assets inventory, activation in system, reports, controlled scrap when required.

Dango (FIN22) critical to manage as key indication of control to assets management.

The role is required full time in the factory until 100% of the site tagging is completed. After this first phase, it can be evaluated for 1 day home office for administrative work, however this is  expected before 2 years.

The role is new in the factory and in the business and represents a unique opportunity to create a benchmark at company level in asset management.

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

• Computer skills especially in Excel, Power BI (desirable).
• SAP (local SAP particularities can be developed with support of internal experts).
• Ability to use manual tools for asset tag installation such as (drill).
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to read technical guidelines/manuals etc in order to properly describe and tag machine equipment’s and relevant spare kits/parts.
• Support Operations Engineering department with performance analysis data and reports.
• In-depth knowledge of departmental KPIs related to the area.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in setting up PM’s and technical documentation.
• Ability to take ownership and leadership: work well both in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of rules and procedures in the areas of safety, quality, food safety, good manufacturing practices, human resources, and environmental protection.
