Danone Türkiye is looking for talented colleague for “Assistant Brand Manager, Activia” role.

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our brands by supporting strategic initiatives, driving consumer engagement, and collaborating across teams to deliver meaningful impact.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Brand Strategy & Execution
· Support and implement brand strategies to drive growth, market share, and equity.
· Manage day-to-day operations (campaigns, performance tracking, coordination).
· Identify growth opportunities, develop brand plans, and craft consumer-centric campaigns.
Consumer & Market Insights
· Analyze consumer trends, competitive landscape, and data to drive strategic decisions.
· Collaborate with the SIA team to translate insights into strategies and support research.
Project & Campaign Management
· Act as brand owner with a challenger mindset.
· Drive end-to-end 360° campaign management from strategic planning to execution, ensuring seamless integration of media, digital, PR, and in-store touchpoints.
· Lead campaign activations across channels, coordinate agencies & cross-functional teams.
· Monitor performance, ensure compliance, and support campaign toolkits.
Innovation & Product Development
· Contribute to innovation pipeline from concept to launch.
· Partner with R&D, Operations, Sales and other teams for successful product launches.
Performance & Budget Tracking
· Track brand & market performance, prepare reports and share insights.
· Support budget management and ensure accurate tracking.
· Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering or Social Sciences (Master’s a plus).
· 1–3 years of experience in brand management/marketing, ideally within FMCG.
· Strong analytical & problem-solving skills; comfortable with Nielsen, IPSOS, Kantar.
· Hands-on in project management & campaign execution, ideally with NPD/innovation exposure.
· Proficiency in MS Office, fluent in English & Turkish.
· Strong communicator with stakeholder management skills, able to simplify complexity.
· Results-driven, proactive and collaborative team player with passion for brands & consumer insights.
