Key objectives include:

• Support the development and execution of the Fortimel brand strategy at local level, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local business priorities.
• Contribute to brand growth by supporting initiatives that drive awareness, consideration and recommendation, particularly within HCP and pharmacy channels.
• Assist in the implementation of activation plans (HCP, pharmacy, patient) ensuring strong execution and compliance.
• Track and analyse brand performance (sales, market share, campaign KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Medical, Finance and external agencies.
• Contribute to the development of effective, compliant and insight-based marketing materials for HCP engagement.

• Bring 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in FMCG, healthcare, pharma or nutrition.
• Degree in Marketing, Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nutrition or similar.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and derive insights.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
