Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the "Assistant Financial Planning and Analysis Manager" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!

Be responsible from the following requirements:

• Analyzing and explaining key drivers for variances vs. last year/month and vs. budget/forecast for net sales, gross margin and profitability
• Support completeness, accuracy and timely delivery of financial reporting (actuals, forecasts, ad-hoc reports) via close coordination with whole
• Finance teams (Business Unit and Business Services)
• Support preparation of business plans and rolling forecasts of the company.
• Enable reliability, timeliness and accuracy of budgetary and financial forecasts.
• Meet strict reporting deadline with delivery of timely and accurate reporting.
• Elicit the communication with other departments and regional teams.
• Ensuring compliance to financial controlling scope of internal control framework
• Identifying automation opportunities of financial reporting and forecast cycles.
• Proactively monitoring and striving to maintain high levels of data quality and accuracy
• Other ad-hoc report

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in financial & business control, reporting, planning functions preferably in FMCG industry
• SAP and Power BI knowledge is an asset
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Curios and open to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Basic accounting knowledge is required/ IFRS reporting experience is an asset
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• MS Office (advanced excel) and MS Power Point knowledge.
