Be responsible from the following requirements:

- Reports to Senior Manager

- Coordinate and analysis rolling forecast and GPS process to ensure accurate Operation costs for various countries.

- Participate Period Closing Process for various countries and ensure meeting strict reporting deadline with delivery of timely and accurate reporting.

-No people management.

- Animate company financial performance cycle through monthly forecasting process and monitor risks and opportunities for purchasing plants and supply chain department.

- Track and analysis cost improvement opportunities, to be an active contributor to productivity projects, validate, review, and track proposed savings.

- Manage Capital Expenditures, feasibility analysis with operations team, calculating ROI, payback periods.

- Manage the relations with and requests from the Global/Regional teams.

- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery of various countries’ business reporting.

- Enable reliability, timeliness, and accuracy of budgetary and financial forecasts.

- Review monthly performance and identify areas of risk to achievement of targets and forecasts and develop/follow up action plans.

- Work on continuous improvement and simplifications of existing tools and systems

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have:

- To be able to successful in the role, you need to have University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields

- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial & business control, reporting, planning functions preferably in FMCG industry

- SAP and Power BI knowledge is an asset, MS Office (advanced excel) knowledge is required.

- Basic accounting knowledge is required/ IFRS reporting experience is an asset.

- Excellent command of written and spoken English.

- Curios and open to learn. 

- Strong and effective communication skills. 

- Independent, self-motivated and exhibits the highest standards of accuracy and organization skills.

- Team oriented, highly collaborative, and able to build cross-functional relationships
