As Automation Manager you are responsible for business contingency for Lüleburgaz Plant -%95 of plant are managaing with full automatic system-, factory automation management and OT management implemantation which is the first step of digitalisation targets. In the context of your job and you will report to Technical Services & Project Manager in Industrial Department. 

In this role you will / will be 

• Coordinate the site automation team 

• Responsible all automation and scada revison, upgrade and programming in factory 

• Able to connect, manage switch and to configure a network monitoring system 

• Have a technical and functional understanding of network routing and redundancy 

• Able to fix complex issues (root cause analysis), modify automation devices, infrastructure and security 

• Manage improvements of automation platforms 

• Interact with different stakeholders on project delivery and execution of the automation masterplan 

• Apply standards and collaborate with key suppliers 

• Lead projects to build and pilot key solutions in automation with suppliers and experts 

• Understand application systems (process linked) and ability to diagnose and solve easy topics (stop-start with a procedure) 

• Able to apply a BCP (Business Continuity Plan) linked to application system 

• Participate and supports projects (execution role) to implement a new application 

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have 

• Bachelor's degree of Engineering, preferably Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related fields 

• 5 years of working experience with demonstrated experience in automation management preferably in food industry 

• Advanced English skills in speaking and writing 

• Good presentation, effective communication, and negotiation skills 

• Enough authority and credibility to help and lead operation teams 

• Awareness on safety legislations 

• Able to or willing to reside in Lüleburgaz
