As an Autonomous Maintenance Operator, you will play a key role in supporting spray drying operations by ensuring equipment reliability, workplace safety, and product quality. You will actively contribute to the success of the Integrated Work System (IWS) by implementing autonomous maintenance practices, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of operational excellence in the Spray Drier area 

You are a proactive problem solver with a Diploma (D3) in Food, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or Agricultural Engineering. You bring at least one year of hands-on production experience, ideally in the food and beverage sector. You have a strong grasp of production processes, food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO), and continuous improvement tools like Kaizen and Lean. You thrive in a team environment, are committed to operational excellence, and are eager to contribute to the success of Integrated Work System (IWS) in the Spray Drier area. Your attention to safety, quality, and workplace cleanliness sets you apart, and you’re always ready to learn and grow
