About the job
Danone is looking for a Billing Specialist to join Invoice to Cash team. In this role, you will be involved in managing billing and tax invoice processes, validating billing data, monitoring transactions in SAP, issuing invoices and credit notes, and supporting the resolution of customer billing inquiries to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. This role will be based in DC Lampung.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review Delivery Notes (DN) and Goods Receipts (GR) from depots.
- Validate completeness, accuracy, and pricing of billing documents before processing.
- Monitor pending Sales Orders and billing status using SAP.
- Perform billing simulations and ensure proper accounting postings in SAP.
- Execute and cancel billing transactions in line with assigned billing cycles.
- Prepare, register, and distribute invoices, credit notes, and customer receipts.
- Process tax invoices via the DJP system and resolve customer billing complaints.
About you
- Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, and accounting processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, basic SAP knowledge, and web-based application is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and data-checking skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Good time management, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer issues.
- Technology-savvy candidates are preferred.
- Willing to be placed in DC Lampung.
