About the job

As part of R&I projects, develop methods and manage one or more technical platforms (materials and equipment related to the Technician's activities). Carry out analyses of ferment counts in fermented products using classic microbiology methods (sterile handling, growth, counting on dishes and monitoring of optical density) as part of R&I projects: implementation of existing protocols and validation of results. Be responsible for carrying out biochemistry experiments (enzymatic assay), metabolite analysis Carry out cell biology experiments Interpret, formalize, disseminate and capitalize on results, conclusions and knowledge. Be responsible for the quality of the results delivered and analysis results, apply good laboratory and traceability practices
