To deliver this efficiently, we are working on a deep harmonization of product specification data across all brands, and all countries. This will enable faster product development, securing our license to operate. 

JOB SUMMARY : 

You will be in charge of structuring the harmonization of product & pack specification data across Europe, in order to prepare a smooth migration into a new cross-category system. 

• Data scoping with support of data teams 

• Specification cleansing: identify irrelevant or missing information & organize completion with product & pack development teams 

• Ensure access to data during transition period & interconnections with existing product & packaging databases (Nutrition & composition information, Consumer data, Manufacturing data, Logistic&Sustainability) 

• Be a force of proposal to improve the tools and efficiency of document management in Europe. (possibility of creating databases, Automated tools for managing documents. etc) 

With the support of a data analyst, you will intensively contribute to the data preparation of a new product lifecycle management solution dedicated to our product, raw materials & packaging specification. You will work closely with R&I experts on product & pack development to capture their needs, translate them in to clear technical directions & ensure realization. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 

Coordinate product & packaging specification data preparation for Europe R&I teams: data scoping and cleansing, gap identification and completion and hierarchy construction.  

Ensure access and maintain product & packaging database. Secure connection with existing database, with support of data technical teams. 

Use & leverage dashboards and appealing data visualizations developed by technical teams to facilitate understanding of data by stakeholders. 

Develop support tools for EU packaging and product engineers to simplify the development and monitoring of spec compliance and data quality.  

Optimize existing tools, systems and ways of working in order to gain in quality of project execution and work efficiency. Optimize documentation in collaboration with quality and suppliers. 

JOB DIMENSIONS: 

Interaction with PLM (product lifecycle management) solution implementation project team. 

Direct connection with product & packaging developers in Europe. 

Management of external partners (service providers, packaging solution suppliers, raw materials supplier etc.)  

Development of cross category knowledge on product & material specification. 

Collaboration & technical support to Data & Resource teams members. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS : 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry, in the field of packaging or/and product technology 
• University degree Food Science, Packaging Technology or a related field. 
• Proficiency in Excel, and/or Power BI for data analysis and visualization. 
• Ability to understand & interpret product/packaging specification to highlight relevant information 
• Rigor & structuration capacity to ensure data quality 
• Organization skills to leverage efficiently product & pack expert contribution 
• Team spirit and collaborative mindset. 
• Fluent in English. 
• Project Management skills 
• Continues Improvement mindset
