1. BRAND LEAD
• Assist in the development of AOP, brand plan and initiatives by analyzing/synthesizing consumer and customer data turning into business insights & actionable initiatives
• Execute program tactics including product development, communication, packaging, and promotions.
• Build effective relationships with key internal and external partners (eps distributors, MBS/MBI Key accounts, GT, Creative/Digital/Event agencies) & lead brand activities & execution as aligned plan.
• Be responsible for tracking and producing reports for key performance metrics.
• Manage & track A&P spending effectively.

2. COMMUNICATION
• Lead agency partners in the creative development of communication projects.
• Be responsible for tracking and piloting brand advertising and spending in accordance with allocated budgets and required business performance.
• Ensure brand execution properly and consistently across touch points.

3. TRADE COLLABORATION
• Work closely with Commercial (Channel teams) & Trade Marketing team to develop plan and effective execution to ensure strong brand availability/visibility across channels.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing team to develop effective trade marketing & retailer programs.
• Provide support, sales tools/ equipments and product training for sales team and related parties (distributors, enablers, KAs).

4. INNOVATION & RENOVATION
• Champion of innovation/ renovation cycle (LIM- Local innovation management).
• Lead cross-functional teams to commercialize all renovation and innovation projects from concept testing, through development to commercialization.
• Work closely with FIN to ensure the business case of innovation/ renovation is aligned with business strategies/ objectives.

About you

• Bachelor or higher in business management, marketing, or other related field – preferable experience in Nutrition.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 4 years related marketing experience in the MNC FMCG industry with proven record.
• Qualified in distinctive Manifesto brands & equity building that drive business growth.
• Understand power of distinctive assets and art of storytelling and act as a true Brand Equity keeper. 
• Proficient in verbal and written communication. 
• Good at collaboration, and ability to work on cross-functional teams.
• Well-organization and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented and able to respond quickly to changing marketplace dynamics.
• Growth mindset and entrepreneurship.
• Multitasking & high level of accountability.
• Experience in managing Inno/Reno launching project is a plus.
