We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze processes, and recommend solutions that deliver value and efficiency. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technology teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities in this role:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users.

To be successful in this role, you will need…

The following experience and skills:

• Degree or certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, analysis and software testing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Trello).
