In this pivotal role, you’ll be designing, developing, and implementing BI solutions that empower our organization to thrive. From managing the entire BI lifecycle to developing state-of-the-art dashboards and analytics tools, you’ll harness the power of data to solve complex business challenges. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of BI strategies and solutions aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee data acquisition, cleansing, transformation, modeling, and integration processes to ensure data is ready for analysis and reporting.
• Create and manage scalable, interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, Datorama, and Looker that meet UI/UX standards.
• Design and deliver datamarts and semantic models from the data warehouse to the PowerBI environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Establish data governance standards and best practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy.
• Communicate analytical findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations, reports, and presentations.
• Monitor and optimize BI solutions to ensure they meet business needs and improve performance and usability.
• Coordinate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure the BI infrastructure supports current and future business needs.

Meet your future manager! You will report to Laurent Mons, Head of Data Powerhouse.  

To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and understandable language for all levels within the organization. You will also need excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

You will also have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's or Ph.D. is highly preferred.
• 5 - 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related role.
• Expertise in BI tools (Power BI) and concepts (data models, semantic layers, medallion architecture).
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data manipulation and analysis.
• Knowledge of Python and data manipulation libraries.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and UI/UX principles.
• Project management and experience with version control tools (Git, Confluence, Asana).
• Experience with data governance frameworks and policies.
• Knowledge of specific industry data sources and structures (Nielsen, IQVIA, and similar).
• Certification in data science, machine learning, or cloud computing (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake) is a plus.
