About the job

The Category Brands Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and activating key growth levers on brand according to the total company objectives. The role also involves discovering competitive dynamics of fresh dairy products' market, adapting brand strategies and maintaining brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications.

About you

  • Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking;
  • Strong project management and achiever attitude;
  • Flexible and Proactive attitude, able to cope with a fast-changing environment;
  • 5 years relevant working experience related to Marketing;
  • Previous experience in FMCG industries will be a plus;
  • Have proven ability to challenge the status quo, initiate, lead projects and people effectively;
  • Able to develop trustworthy relationships;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of consumer research and analysis.
