MISSION

Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Caseinates project in STV, ensuring alignment with the eCAR business case. This role is pivotal in orchestrating cross-functional collaboration, managing capital investments, and securing operational readiness for a successful transition to production.

This is a 12 month mission and could be performed as a Commuter Assignment - assuming a minimum of three days per week in STV

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Build and lead a cross-functional project team to deliver the end-to-end Caseinates project in line with the eCAR business case. The main building blocks include:

1. Supply of Raw Milk
   Secure ramp-up of raw milk supply at the right quality and price.
2. CapEx Implementation
   In close proximity with the engineering stream leader:
3. • Safety is the top priority
   • Manage overall budget including cash-out phasing
   • Ensure provisional and final acceptance on time
   • Achieve contract KPIs
4. Manufacturing
5. • During project: Transfer volumes out of drier, manage line stoppage and people during transition
   • Post project: Prepare future organization, including trainings and recruitments
   • Anticipate and optimize future controllable costs (labor, maintenance, utilities)
6. Ingredients Valorization
7. • Internal: Prepare flows with Danone factories, validate specifications and recipes
   • External: Prepare physical and financial flows with external customers, support contract preparation

Stakeholder & Communication Management

1. Work in close collaboration with the STV factory director to ensure a smooth transition from project to operations
2. If needed, manage external stakeholders such as milk producers, local and regional authorities
3. Animate a dedicated cross-functional steering committee (SteerCo) on a monthly basis

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Strong project management skills in cross-functional environments
• Solid understanding of manufacturing, dairy/milk technologies, and finance
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse interests, build trust, and drive collaboration across internal and external partners

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in leading complex industrial projects
• Background in dairy, food manufacturing, or related sectors preferred
• Demonstrated success in managing stakeholders at multiple levels, including suppliers, authorities, and internal leadership teams
