Danone operates several research centers globally, including one in Paris-Saclay, France, which employs around 2,100 people, with 500 based in France. This center features offices, laboratories, pilot lines (small production lines), and support functions for R&I. It is situated alongside many prestigious scientific ecosystems such as INRAE, Ecole Normale Superieure, and Universite Paris-Saclay. Through strategic pillars like winning product culture, sustainable by design, and talent powerhouse, it aims to become a flagship of health through food.

The Controlling department of R&I (Research and Innovation) is on the lookout for its next Controller for the Danone Global Research & Innovation Center in Gif-Sur-Yvette (Paris-Saclay). Our finance team, rich in diversity and international experience, consists of 9 dynamic members ready to welcome a new colleague.

In this position, you will report to Pongsatorn Vilaiphan, our R&I Finance Director

Your main responsibilities will focus on:

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

• You hold a Master's degree in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in Controlling and/or Finance.
• Experience within a Big Four firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or PwC), an accounting firm, or an FMCG company would be considered a strong asset.
• You are proficient in data analytics, particularly Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Magnitude is required.
• You have solid skills in automation and the use of Artificial Intelligence tools (such as Microsoft Copilot or similar solutions), combined with a strong data-driven mindset and an interest in leveraging analytics to drive business decisions.
• You are fluent in English.
• Proficiency in French is a plus.
• You are recognized for your strong analytical skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
• You demonstrate an excellent team spirit and collaborative mindset.
• You have the ability to influence, challenge, and support stakeholders in making sound financial decisions.
• You thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate adaptability, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
