We are looking for an EU Commercial Finance Manager to join our EU Zone Finance team. This position will take place in Paris (75), in our Head Office. In this position, you will report to our Channel Finance Director and your main responsibilities will focus on:

• International Agreements monitoring - Working in close collaboration with Sales Global Account Managers & Directors to
  • Support the European Global Sales teams in preparing & executing International Negotiations and process the payment terms with regards to counter-parts execution
  • Ensure accounting & compliance (legal, tax) confomity to Danone rules in terms of internal control & risk management with regards to Bialim legal entity
  • Secure accurate cash forecast & landing monitoring, with optimized WK management
• Performance & Reporting animation: Working in close collaboration with CBU (country business units) TL managers -directors & Zone FP&A Managers & Directors to
  • Provide FP&A support (instructions, report continuous improvement, schedule developments) on CL & IA phases (Customers & Channels and International Agreements)
  • Animate CBUs on the Sales reportings and reinforce knowledge & accuracy on Customers profitability, distributors channels & P&L by channels.
  • Prepare Monthly Performance reviews & support business decisions via ad-hoc analysis to foster GTN improvements (by customers, …) and key Channels acceleration (AFH, Discounters, ...)
• Key Projects & Transformation
  • Act as a key contributor to main Commercial projects from a financial standpoint (Euro-Pricing, ERAP)
  • Accompany & support transformation initiatives impacting commercial expertise (Reset, …)
  • Propose innovative ideas to foster value creation (eg : counter-parts valorization, Bialim business model, vol / mix by customers & channels, …)

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered:

• Higher education Bac+5 or equivalent, ideally with a specialization in Finance or Business Administration
• At least 5 years professional experience in similar functions & responsibilities
• Ability to think out of the box
• Good knowledge of performance animations (communication skills, impactful presentations) and project management
