In the context of our 1,5°C science-based targets, we are looking for a Nature Controller to join our Sustainable Finance team in Global Finance function, the position is based in Paris (75). In this position, you will report to our Nature Performance Controlling Director.

You will support the end-to-end digitalization of our reporting and monitoring tools, with a strong focus on climate and packaging, and support our Functions in their operational roadmaps. You will also be in charge of defining and implementing key changes in our reporting and performance monitoring tools and processes, as well as supporting the Climate Performance Controlling Manager in the coordination of different Functions on utilising these tools.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Enterprise environmental reporting system and process evolutions (Greentrack)
   • Be the reference for the whole team in terms of detailed understanding of the Greentrack reporting system (such as zone carbon controllers)
   • Carry out functional and impact analysis of needs of evolution to be carried out in the current tool and in the associated reporting processes (for internnal stakeholderssuch as Cycles and Procurement)
   • Support prioritization of needs and construction of a system update roadmap
   • Identify key changes linked to system evolutions to be implemented in the reporting process and propose evolutions to Nature Performance Controlling Director & Climate Performance Controlling Manager
   • Deliver with the software editor (UL) fully tested evolutions
   • Be the interface of the team with the IT & Data team and the C&P Sustainability Lead, on any topic linked to end-to-end digitalization of activity data
   • Co-design with the IT & Data team pragmatic solutions to improve calculation methods from primary systems (SAP, Magnitude etc.), and improve master data quality
   • Coordinate with Zone Carbon Controllers in charge of carbon footprint of products to make sure all decisions are fully compatible with the end-to-end digitalization of enterprise climate reporting 

2. Climate accounting expertise in support to Functions
   • Answer technical questions on climate accounting from C&P Functions, based on internal and external standards
   • Carry out functional impact analysis and make required evolutions
   • Coordination with countries

3. Carbon bridges update and analysis
   • Fully in charge for the yearly update of the structure and calculation methods of carbon bridges (15-20 files)
   • Regular updates of all bridges files during the finalization of the consolidation phase for the yearly campaign
   • Support variance analysis and performance analysis at company level
   • Support non-climate bridge evolutions

4. Yearly reporting & Ad-hoc analysis : emission factors, end of life reallocation etc. 

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

• You hold a master degree with strong focus on reporting, analysis, IT systems, data science; an additional Master in Climate Change, Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, etc. is a strong plus
• You have 2 to 4 years professional experience in consolidation, non-financial or financial data
• You are proficient in Excel (index/match, pivot table etc.) and PowerBI (design from scratch reports and use PowerQuery); proficiency in SAP/Sievo, UL360, Enablon or any sustainability reporting system is a plus
• You have a first track record in designing / making significant evolutions in a reporting tool, analysis tool (bridge) or a reporting process by yourself and have strong conviction for data management and data analysis
• You are fluent in written and verbal, in English and French
