Danone is leading major initiatives to bring Finance to the next level in Digital Transformation, striving to shift time from data crunching/reporting to higher added value analysis, and bringing higher business impact on decision making process. As part of Finance Digital Transformation, Advanced Shared Models are being built, deployed, and maintained to equip Finance teams with a new Performance Management framework leveraging on:

  • Tagetik for Actuals closing and Rolling Forecast
  • Controlling Cloud (Power BI) for data analysis and visualization
  • Robust harmonization of Master Data and Controlling processes

BI Impulse program is at the heart of the Finance Transformation journey with an ambitious roadmap and it is deeply connected with other major transformation initiatives. We are looking for a Finance BI Project Manager to join our Finance Digital Transformation team. In this position, you will report to the Finance Data & Tech Lead.

 

You will work closely with Danone Controlling teams and IT Business Partners to:

  • Support the change of ways of working
    • Understand current ways of working of BU and identify impacts of Shared Models on current ways of working
    • Identify local specificities and support gap analysis, prepare recommendations for arbitration when needed
    • Co-lead workshops with Finance & IT teams to define future ways of working within Shared Model
  • Lead Project Management activities with a high level of autonomy:
    • Manage Build and/or Deployment plan and monitor achievement of each milestones, being guardian of planning / budget / quality requirements
    • Ensure proper coordination between the different contributors (Local Finance, IT, Finance Stakeholders, Project teams) relying on structured project management toolkits
    • Assess risks and opportunities, and propose mitigation actions to reach key milestones
    • Provide strong support and suggest continuous improvement ideas in each project phase
    • Report clear status and information to project stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Manage coordination with other projects to anticipate impacts and to define action plans
  • Animate change management activities with local team : impact analysis, key and end-users identification, communication, stakeholder mapping, training, ...)

About you

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance such as controlling, performance Management, Accounting. Experience in project management, change management and transformation project is a plus
  • Problem solving and a hands-on mindset
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex information into insights
  • Interest in Digital and Transformation topics
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
