We are looking for a Finance Transformation FP&A Manager EU Zone to join our EU Zone Finance team in Global Finance function, the position is based in Paris (75). In this position, you will report to our Senior FP&A Manager.
You will be the Finance Manager in charge of Finance follow-up and coordination of a project in Europe and of designing and implementing the finance transformation of Zone Europe together with various finance and business stakeholders in the organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Project finance controlling:
- Animation/coordination of the finance controllers in charge of the various streams of the project
- Design and implement the follow-up needed to prepare financial reports, dashboards and presentations for executive review.
- For one specific stream:
- Design and implement the controlling activities for one steam of the project
- Ensure the follow-up
- Consolidate the business cases and prepare the Europe business case
- Design and implement the tools needed to support the project (e.g. dashboards)
- Define and follow-up the evolutions of Magnitude
- Define and follow-up the evolutions of Power BI
- Be one of the key users of our BI tool being implemented
- Define KPIs, scorecards, reports and presentation standards
- Ensure stakeholder buy-in
- Design new way of working and tools to implement the project within the EU finance team – and take part in the IA implementation

About you
The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.
- A Master degree or equivalent with a specialization ideally in Finance
- You have at least 5 years of business experience in a Finance role ideally in countries or regional roles or in consulting
- You have tools knowledge: Magnitude, Power BI, EXCEL and PPT
- Ability to deal with uncertainty and effectively manage your role in a fast-paced and pressured environment
- You are fluent in English, French is nice to have
