As part of this role you will be interacting with a wide range of senior stakeholders & functions at global and local level.  

 

Key responsibilities:  

Coms & equity:  

  • Be centre of excellence for equity & comms. The brand guardian for how the brand is orchestrated and executed across geographies. 
  • Lead brand ICP process and execution in markets  
  • Recommend & deploy communication strategy (including licencingin liaise with recruitment model 
  • Develop and deliver relevant and scalable best-in-class global assets  
  • Drive post campaign launch performance tracking, optimization, and scaling across geographies. 
  • Lead & manage agencies ecosystem 

Market partnership  

  • Foster a positive culture and sense of belonging to the brand community 
  • Act as key point of contact for local teams, ensuring market relevance and scalability. 
  • Support markets in deployment, scaling, and acceleration of both core and innovation initiatives. 
  • Identify best practices and drive cross-market synergies. 

Cross functional leadership:  

  • Collaborate with strategy and S&I to translate consumer insights into action across countries. 
  • Monitor category and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions and commercial priorities. 
  • Liaise with IBC, creative agencies and production houses to create and produce content.  

 

Key deliverables  

  • Yearly Integrated communications planning for the brand, with clear touchpoint prioritization and efficient recruitment model adapted to local realities  
  •  Best in class coms campaigns 
  • 3 year strategy and coms pipeline for the brand aligned with key markets

About you

  • Strategic thinking combined with strong execution 
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management 
  • Strong consumer and market understanding, translating insights into growth 
  • Ability to navigate complexity and influence senior stakeholders 
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver status updates and decision needed from key stakeholders 
  • Creative thinker with a passion for coms  
  • Strong transversal leadership and collaboration mindset  

 

Experience  

  • 8+ years of experience in brand and product management.  
  • Proven track record in driving brand equity, leading communication strategies, and delivering strong ICP implementation.  
  • FMCG experience required, ideally with exposure to regional or global responsibilities.  
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language (Spanish, French, or German) is a plus
