Danone's Internal Control and Audit (ICA) team is composed of 2 Hubs based in Paris and Singapore. The team is in charge of the animation and verification of the compliance of all Danone entities with key governance principles and key applicable policies and controls as established by the Company. We are looking for an Internal Control & Audit Reporting Manager to join the team at our Paris headquarter. In this position, you will report to our Global Control Tower Senior Manager.
You will play a fundamental role in the administration of our internal control management system and the preparation of the synthesis (activity reports) to our Group Management team. You will also contribute to the development and production of dashboards for senior Management, internal controllers and internal auditors.
Your main responsibilities will focus on:
- Produce the reporting of Internal Control and Internal Audit:
- Prepare the synthesis requested by the regions and Senior Management in terms of internal control and internal audit activity
- Be responsible for the quality of data and the indicators within the internal control management system
- Administer the system and animate the global network of Internal Controllers on system usage:
- Manage system administration: maintain master data to have an accurate database with organization, users, controls for the annual internal control assessment campaign
- Support new joiners to gain an understanding of the system
- Provide trainings and maintain training material related to the usage of the tool
- Communicate on successes, achievements and projects to the community
- Drive the change towards greater automation and user experience:
- Lead projects such as system improvements, design of monitoring dashboards, involving internal and external stakeholders (software editor)
- Contribute to the roadmap of the internal control & audit system
- Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the “Data & Analytics” initiatives of the Control Tower and to participate in the execution of the annual audit plan by occasionally joining the audit team.

About you
The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.
- 3-5 years of experience either in an audit firm or in an FP&A role, management control, consolidation or in project management (PMO) in a commercial environment
- Knowledge of tools such as Power BI and/or SQL is a plus
- Fluency English is mandatory
