The Channel Development Junior Manager will lead the development, execution, and tracking of category‑led trade marketing strategies to drive sustainable growth across channels and customers. The role acts as the interface between Marketing, Sales, Channel Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure flawless execution of trade plans, launches, and pricing actions.
Main Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, Sales Operations, or Commercial Excellence within an FMCG environment.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience in KPI tracking and performance analysis.
