• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Safety, Quality, Life Sciences or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Quality, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs or Manufacturing.  
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in a factory environment.
• Fluent in Chinese & English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Experience with audits, quality systems, GMP/HACCP or regulatory compliance is preferred. 
• Knowledge of China regulations, SAMR, IMF or FSMP requirements is a plus. 
• Familiar with quality management systems, regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO standards or GB standards) is a plus.
• Willing to step out of the comfort zone, to absorb into the production environment and be hands-on is key.  Having factory experiences is a plus.
