 About the Job

You will be part of the Commercial Excellence team, where you will actively engage in driving   Commercial Excellence projects and driving Internal Communication

As Commercial Excellence Intern your focus will be on:

SELLOUT REPORTING Dashboards

• Building a harmonised sell-out reporting framework at channel level which generates actionable insights
• Building tools & dashboard in Power BI that support strategic planning and performance tracking.

Supporting Regional Projects  

• Support in collecting Sales /Market Info./Pricing and delivering Analytical Dashboard
• Coordinate with regional teams /DBTR/ Vendors and monitor Projects
• New Country Launch Preparation - NUTRIEXPERT / NUMETRIX

Excellence in Execution

• Assist in launch of cross-market execution programme- PUMA focused on in-store excellence.
• Help track KPIs, support POS clustering, and contribute to team capability building.
• Collaborate with local teams to bring the Nutricia Flagship Store vision to life.

Strengthening communication

• Engage our sales team and distributor partners through effective and timely communication on Nutricia Worldwide Award (NWA)
• Prepare and design the monthly communication to engage our distributor partners in “Partner of the Year”’(POY)
• Prepare, coordinate and review communication materials & work with agencies

You are proactive in reaching out to your colleagues for their input and/or help when necessary. For you, accuracy and analytical skills are part of your interest and capability. Furthermore, you genuinely enjoy working with people, have good interpersonal and communication skills, convey messages clearly, convincingly and effectively. Lastly, you have a strong interest and curiosity in Commercial Excellence, are a fluent communicator and open to expressing ideas and your opinion.

There are also some compulsory requirements that you have to meet:

• You are currently doing master or bachelor in the area of Economics, Business Management or Marketing for the whole period of the internship;
• • Please be aware that we do not arrange work permits for non-EU students who do not study in NL.
• You are fluent in English – oral and written (Spanish/Russian is an advantage)
• You are available to start as of November 1^st, 2026 for a minimum of 6 Months

You will be joining the Nutricia Worlwide Sales team, with the aim to encourage sustainable growth of our business for our Early Life Nutrition products (Aptamil, Bebelac, Cow & Gate…) in 48 countries within 11 different time zones in the following regions: the Balkans, Central and South America, Asia and the CIS. How do we do that? In these countries we appoint importers/distributors who represent our brands locally. You will join our team of 90 Danoners with over 30 different nationalities who are primarily based at our office in Rijswijk (NL). You will be working closely with the Commercial Excellence Team.
