Danone MENA is looking for a Compliance Manager to join our team in Algiers, Algeria like you!

Compliance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that Danone Specialized Nutrition operates in full alignment with global and local compliance standards, particularly related to HCS/BMS policies. The role is responsible for policy governance, employee training, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement across MENA markets.

Objectives of the Role

- Support the MENA Compliance Lead in developing and updating HCS/BMS policies for Specialized Nutrition.

- Ensure regular training and awareness for employees on HCS guidelines.

- Monitor and report HCS activities through online tools and manage evidence submissions.

- Deploy and maintain BMS compliance policies and guidelines.

- Conduct periodic training for Specialized Nutrition teams on BMS compliance.

- Track and update local and international BMS regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance monitoring.

- Act as focal point for HCS/BMS compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with internal control teams on quarterly compliance controls assessment.

Target Profile

- General knowledge of compliance topics and implementation methods.

- Strong understanding of infant nutrition sector and ability to work autonomously.

- Knowledge of international and local regulations governing HCS/BMS compliance.

- Experience working with local authorities and regulatory bodies such as Ministries of Health.

- 2 to 3 years of multinational experience in a similar role.

- Degree in Law, Pharmacy, or Finance.

- Mobility to travel within and outside the region.

Language Required:

French and English are a Must
